Types of food according to their texture and effect on digestion

Blood produced from food is either thick, thin, or medium.

Those of a moderate temperament eat food that is intermediate between coarse and mild.

As for those whose stomachs do not digest food well, they should eat mild foods that suit their temperament, because some foods are hot and some are cold.

And whoever has a strong stomach for digestion can eat thick foods without any problem.

All of this is known through science, but without science, none of this is known, and diseases abound.

thick

The thick stuff is that which, when we eat it, our innate hotness does not break down into small pieces, so the pieces remain large.
for example:

  • Beef

  • liver meat

  • cowpeas

  • brain

  • cheese made from cows

  • Lentils

  • fish

  • eggplant

  • cauliflower

Thin

The thin one is that which is broken down into small pieces by innate hotness.
for example:

  • sugarcane juice

  • pineapple

  • barley water

  • camel milk

  • Chicken meat, meaning young chickens

Medium

The medium is between large and small parts. When it is in the stomach, the body's innate hotness breaks it down into medium-sized parts.
for example:

  • half-boiled eggs

  • asparagus
